The merchandise available on this website may change frequently. We will keep you updated on the new arrivals and sales if you register to receive emails. Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our in store merchandise, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability as soon as possible. Madame Yes reserves the right to cancel orders with refund as a result of product becoming unavailable, website error, or lack of payment. Special Orders
Some of the items shown on this website may be special ordered if your size is not shown. Please feel free to email [email protected] and we will try to accommodate your requests.

Sales Tax
All Canadian sales will be charged GST; PST will be charged for all Saskatchewan residents.

Customs
For purchases outside Canada, please consult the customs legislations of your country. For U.S. residents, please refer to the U.S. customs website at www.cbp.gov.
Madame Yes does  not take any responsibility for any customs fees for shipments.

Shipping fees and delivery times
Please allow up to two weeks for delivery in Canada. An email will be sent to state approximate arrival date after shipping. All shipments within Canada and the USA will typically arrive within 3-5 business days from the shipping date. An additional 1-2 business day's processing time is required for international shipments. Madame Yes is not responsible for delays at customs.

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company that you received it by, you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

Items purchased at a discount are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Policy
Returns must be shipped with a USPS, UPS or Canada Post with a tracking number and insurance; returns shipped with other companies will be rejected. Returns must be done within 5 days of the reception of the package. C.O.D. shipments will be rejected. The item must not be worn, altered or washed and must have its original tags. We do not accept returns for underwear, lingerie, makeup, hair dyes or jewellery. All shipping fees are not refundable. You will be charged for any fees incurred and a $10 restocking fee. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of the item's arrival at our store.

All returns must be authorized by us before the item is sent back, you'll be provided with a return authorization code. Returns must be sent with a shipping method that provides tracking number and insurance. The return authorization number must be written on the package. All the returned items must be declared as a "return" on the customs declaration. Returned items that do not have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender.

Exchange Policy
Only items shipped to Canada and the U.S. are eligible for a return.
